She has been trained through the Wilton School of Cake Decoration & Confectionary Art in Woodridge,Illinois, with certifications in the Master Cake Decorating Course, and Sugarpaste flowers. She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Society (ICES), a world-wide organization dedicated to excellence in confectionary arts. |
